The sessions will be delivered by Grace. She brings over 12 years of Pilates Matwork expertise, and 6 years of Aerial Pilates experience. With a rich background in dance, movement, and aerial arts, Grace has taught classes for prestigious dance companies and for numerous years as part of the Musical Theatre & Dance & Choreography course at Falmouth University.


Her diverse experience includes working with individuals with complex needs, from neurowork and cancer recovery, to rehabilitation from injury, as well as professional dancers and aerialists.

What is Aerial Pilates?

What is Pilates Matwork?

Pilates Matwork is a foundational practice devised by Joesph Pilates, that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance without the need for specialised equipment. Using just your body weight and a mat, you’ll engage in a series of exercises designed to target your core, improve posture, and promote balanced muscle development. Each session energises and revitalises, leaving you feeling stronger, more centered, and ready to take on the day.
