Join us and enjoy a head to toe workout with elements of cardio fitness, strength and stretching.
Classes will consist of exercises tailored to work specific areas of the body, improve cardio fitness and develop muscle strength and flexibility, with all movement rooted in cleverly crafted together dance movement.
Giving you the tools to challenge yourself to get fit in 5 weeks in an energetic and fun environment with like minded people.
Classes will be delivered by a mix of Freefall practitioners.
New faces warmly welcomed! These classes will be a great way to socialise, meet new people and get fit at the same time!
Suitable for those with some movement experience

There is a small car park next to the hall and a number of streets and car parks nearby which offer extra parking. There are also regular buses and trains that run through Falmouth (366, 367, U1, U2).
