TRIGGER

1. A small device that releases a spring or catch and so sets off a mechanism.
2. An event that is the cause of a particular action, process, or situation

A choreographic exploration into the concept of physical and mental triggers and an investigation into their many forms. Working with movement, written word and sound as individuals and as a collaboration we will delve into what these mean to us through choreographic tasks and movement development.

An exciting day of choreographic inquiry which will result in the beginnings, if not the formation of a piece of work in preparation for performance.
