From a professional level to a complete beginner, Freefall offer dynamic, bespoke workshops for a wide range of abilities, backgrounds and ages.
Freefall have delivered numerous workshops over the past 4 years as part of our growing participatory programme. This includes annual Open, Intermediate and Advanced level workshops.
With an emphasis on the use of weight, momentum and fluidity our work is often centred around flight and the efficiency of moving through the space. We teach sequence based work as well as weight bearing partnering work that is often explosive and powerful, as well as gentle and intricate.
All of our workshops are for 14 years or older.
Both Emily and Grace created such a supportive atmosphere, and filled it with positive energy – I learnt and created so much, I surprised myself!
